We invite you to attend a Magdalen College Visitor Weekend. 

Visitor Weekends are set aside for prospective students to spend several days on campus.  You will have the opportunity to visit classes, attend daily Mass, and enjoy social activities while living in the college residences.

At the end of your visit, you will have an opportunity to meet with an Admissions Counselor.

Visitor Weekends also include a special activity scheduled during the weekend, which prospective students attend free of charge. 

Visitors should plan to arrive by 5pm on Thursday and depart after 1pm on Sunday.

Fall Semester

October 9 – 12         Fall Festival Weekend: 

Attend the 61st Annual Warner Fall Foliage Festival in the town center of Warner.  Experience traditional New England food, dancing, and entertainment.        

December 4 – 7        Boston Concert Weekend:

Travel with the College to Boston’s historic Symphony Hall to hear the internationally acclaimed Handel and Haydn Society perform Handel’s Messiah.   

Spring Semester

February 5 – 8         Ski Weekend: 

Join students for a day of skiing and snowboarding on the slopes of Pat’s Peak, just twenty minutes from Magdalen College.

April 23 - 26              Drama Weekend:

Watch the Magdalen College drama club, The St. Genesius Players, perform its major theatrical production of the year.

Personal College Visit

Visiting Magdalen College is an essential part of the admission process.  If you are unable to attend a Visitor Weekend, please contact the Admissions Office so we can set up a day and time that works best for you.     
 

Parents’ Program

During Visitor Weekends, a parents program is available for parents who wish to attend Mass, tour the campus and visit classes.  Please contact the Admissions Office for more information.

Transportation

Visitors who live a great distance from New Hampshire should note that the Manchester, NH Airport (MHT) is served by Air Canada, Continental, Delta, Northwest, Southwest, United, and US Airways. There is also a Concord Coachlines (www.concordcoachlines.com) bus service from Boston (Logan Intl. Airport) to Concord, NH.

The College will pick up any visitor who travels into the Manchester Airport or the Concord bus terminal.
